Hospital, both of whom generously took time to explain the way medical
services are delivered in remote areas of the province; Ontario Provincial

flight instructor at Thunderbird Aviation, Flying Cloud Airport, Eden
Prairie, Minnesota; Ted Paulson and Mike Lanning at REI in Richfield,
Minnesota, both experienced winter campers; Jack Parker, Friend and scholar

My writing instructors included Linda Lightsey Rice, Mary Gardner and
Jane Resh Thomas, who was truly a flight instructor herself, not to mention
my college and secondary school English teachers who cheered me on back
